Ram models we make keys for include: Ram 1500, Ram 1500 Classic, Ram 2500, Ram 3500, ProMaster, ProMaster City — and more. Tell us the year and model and we confirm.
Ram keys we make
- Transponder keys — chipped turn keys on older Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 pickups.
- Remote head keys — key and lock/unlock buttons in one head on many turn-key Ram trucks, including the Ram 1500 Classic and earlier Heavy Duty models.
- Flip keys — fold-out blade with remote on ProMaster and ProMaster City vans and on many newer turn-key pickups.
- Smart keys (Keyless Enter 'n Go) — push-button start on many Ram 1500 and Heavy Duty trims, plus the emergency blade inside the fob.
Common Ram key calls
Key left with the wrong driver. Work trucks get passed between crew members, and at the end of the week the only key has gone home in someone else's pocket. A second or third key per truck costs far less than a lost workday.
Fleet van down to one key. ProMaster vans used for deliveries and trades often run on a single key. We add spares for the whole fleet at your yard and confirm pricing per van before we start.
Truck won't start after a new fob. A remote bought online may lock and unlock the doors but still not start the truck, because the chip was never programmed. We check whether the part matches your Ram and program it if it can be used.
Why not the Ram dealer?
Getting a key from the dealer means the truck has to be in the service bay — a tow for a 1500 is bad enough, and a dually 3500 or a loaded van costs more to move. Then comes the appointment. We bring the key cutting machine and programming equipment to your jobsite or yard and, for most models, finish in one visit, often for about half the dealer's price.
