Mercedes-Benz models we make keys for include: C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, GLC, GLE, CLA, GLA, ML, Sprinter — and more. Tell us the year and model and we confirm.
Mercedes-Benz keys we make
- Chrome and black smart keys for many older C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, ML and CLK models that plug into the dash ignition switch.
- Keyless Go fobs for many older models with push-to-start, where the car's key system allows aftermarket programming.
- Emergency key blades that slide out of the fob, cut to your door lock.
- Sprinter van keys for many model years — useful for work vans that can't sit at the dealer for days.
Common Mercedes-Benz key calls
Key won't turn or car won't respond. On many older Mercedes the fault is the key, the ignition switch or the steering lock, and they look the same from the driver's seat. We diagnose first so you don't buy a key you don't need.
Need a spare for an older model. A second key for a Mercedes that still has one working key is usually a simpler job than all-keys-lost.
Newer model, keys lost. For many Mercedes from about 2015 on, new keys must come from the dealer. We'll tell you that right away instead of sending a technician out for nothing.
Why not the Mercedes-Benz dealer?
For newer models with the FBS4 key system, the dealer is often the right place, and we'll say so. For many older Mercedes, the dealer still means a tow, an appointment and a wait while the key is ordered. We diagnose and program at your car, and when the job is within reach for your model, we often do it for about half the dealer's price.
