Lost Keys and Lockouts in Greenacres Parking Lots

Most of our Greenacres car calls come from the same kind of place: a parking lot at an apartment or townhome complex off Jog Road, Lake Worth Road or 10th Avenue North, early in the morning when someone is heading to work. The key is locked inside, lost, or the fob battery is dead and the car won't start. For many families here that car is the only one, so waiting days for a dealer appointment is not an option.

We come to the complex, open the car without damage, and if the key is gone, we cut and program a new one on the spot. That includes the only-key situation, when there is no spare to copy. We make keys for all makes except Tesla, Lucid and Polestar, from older Hondas and Toyotas with basic transponder keys to newer push-to-start models. Car keys start at $119, and you know the price before we send anyone.

Rekeying Apartments, Townhomes and Rental Houses in Greenacres

Greenacres has a high share of renters, and that shapes our home work here. Keys pass from one tenant to the next, roommates move out, and a landlord may not know how many copies are floating around. For property owners, rekeying between tenants is the quickest and least expensive way to make sure the old keys stop working. It starts at $59 per lock and keeps the existing hardware.

The older single-family homes in the Original Section and the neighborhoods around Swain Boulevard and Melaleuca Lane often still have their original knob locks and aging deadbolts. When a lock is loose, hard to turn or simply not secure enough, we replace it with a new deadbolt or handle set, with installation labor from $79. Home lockouts start at $79. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and every job comes with a 90-day warranty.
