Can you open my door without damaging it?

In most cases, yes. We pick or bypass the lock with professional tools. If a lock is broken inside and has to be drilled, we tell you first and replace it in the same visit.

What do you need to see before opening the door?

Photo ID with the address, or another document that shows you live there — a lease, utility bill or mail. Once inside, you can show it to us.

I lost my house keys. Should I rekey after the lockout?

If the keys could be found by someone who knows your address, yes. Rekeying makes the lost keys useless and starts at $59 per lock.

Do you open condos and gated communities?

Yes. Leave our name at the gate or send us the guest code, and tell us the building and unit.
