What to do right now
Leave the piece in the lock and don't try to turn it. Keep the broken half — it helps us cut a new key. Call or text (561) 212-2220 with a photo of the lock.
After extraction
We test the lock. If it's damaged, we repair or replace it in the same visit. Worn keys break most often — if your other keys are worn too, we'll cut fresh copies. All work carries our 90-day warranty.
