What affects the price
Car keys. The vehicle year, make and model, the key type (basic, transponder, remote, smart key), whether you still have a working key, and your location. Home locks. The service (lockout, rekey, replacement, deadbolt, repair), the lock type, the door's condition and any parts needed. Rekeying is priced per lock; for installation, the lock itself is priced separately.
Dealer vs mobile locksmith
A dealer typically charges $450–$1,200 for a smart key, plus towing if the car can't start. We come to your car and are often about half the dealer's price.
Payment
We accept cash, credit & debit cards, zelle, apple pay. Payment is due when the job is done. All work carries our 90-day warranty.
