About Locksmith Auto
Locksmith Auto is a local mobile locksmith service based in Boca Raton. We help drivers and homeowners with car key replacement, car lockouts, key fob programming, ignition repair, house lockouts, rekeying and lock replacement — at your location.
A local locksmith built around real customer problems
Locksmith Auto was created to make locksmith service easier, faster and more convenient for local customers. Most locksmith situations happen at the worst possible time: you lose your car key, lock your keys inside the car, get stuck with an ignition that won't turn, or need your home locks rekeyed after moving. That's why our service is mobile. Instead of towing your car, waiting at the dealership or looking for a locksmith shop, we come to you and solve the problem where you are.
Our goal is simple: professional mobile locksmith service with clear communication, honest pricing and reliable help when you need it.
Meet the owner
Locksmith Auto is owned and run by Tikhon Bukhamet. Tikhon works in the field with our team of 5 technicians and writes the guides on our blog — practical answers to the questions customers ask us every day, from what a new car key costs in Florida to what to do when all your keys are lost.
We focus on trust, not pressure
When someone calls a locksmith, they are often stressed, locked out, running late or unsure what the problem is. We keep the process simple. We ask for the details we need — the vehicle year, make and model, the key situation, the lock type and your location. Then we explain the best available option and confirm the price before a technician comes out. You know what service you need, what affects the price and what happens next.
For your security, we check ID and proof of ownership or authorization before opening a car or home or making a key.
Car keys are our main specialty
A big part of our work is helping drivers with car keys and vehicle locks. Modern keys often need cutting, chip programming, remote programming or smart key pairing, so our vehicles carry key cutting machines, programming equipment and key blanks for most makes — all except Tesla, Lucid and Polestar. We make spare keys, new keys when all keys are lost, program fobs and push-to-start keys, open locked cars and repair ignitions, with a special focus on Honda and Volkswagen.
Home locks and safes
We also help homeowners, renters, property managers and local residents with house lockouts, rekeying, lock and deadbolt replacement, broken key removal, common lock repair, and home and office safe lockouts.
