Lost key or locked-in key?
If your key is inside the house, all you need is the door opened. If the key was lost somewhere — at the bars on University Avenue, at the gym, at a football game — think about who could find it. A key on a ring with your car fob or a tag with your address is a security risk. We can rekey your locks right after we open the door, so the lost key stops working.
Rural homes and long driveways
Outside the city — in Archer, Hawthorne, Waldo, La Crosse or the country roads around Newberry and High Springs — homes are often at the end of a long driveway or behind a gate. Tell us about the gate code, the dogs and where to park, and we'll come straight to the door.
While you wait
Stay somewhere safe and cool, and keep your phone charged. If a child is locked inside alone or there's smoke, gas or water leaking, call 911 first.
